Anne Hathaway is not a regular character on the Simpsons. She has performed two voice overs on the series. She won an Emmy in 2010 for an outstanding voice performance. The Simpsons has been able to attract a lot of celebritie3s over its 20 year run. It has even had guest appearances form physicist Stephen Hawking. Hathaway played the role of Princess Penelope and Jenny in the Good, the Bad and the Drugly.
She may return to the Simpsons over the next four years the show is scheduled to run. When the show does end, it will nearly have outlived the longest running show in history. The longest running show belongs to the BBC’s Doctor Who. To this day, Hathaway hasn’t done too much work in voice-overs, but the future may hold more roles as he talen and voice are much appriciated. Only time will tell as her career develops.
